Sources
We prioritise governing bodies for rule claims, manufacturers for product specifications and primary evidence for other factual statements. Advice and opinion should be distinguishable from official requirements.
Research and testing
Launch guides are research-based. We do not invent product testing, qualifications, quotes, awards or reviews. Future testing reports must explain the method, conditions and limits.
Original work
We write original copy. Visuals must have an identifiable origin and permitted use. Our launch monogram and court artwork are original vector illustrations. Illustrations are not presented as photographs of tested equipment.
Publication checks
Before publication we check the reader’s question, factual claims, source links, clarity, internal links, image accuracy and commercial disclosures. A draft that fails a material check is held for revision.
Corrections
Send the article and disputed statement through Contact. We review the supporting evidence and update substantive errors. Material changes should be described in an update note; routine punctuation fixes do not need one.
Commercial relationships
Commission must not determine a conclusion. Affiliate links will be identified near relevant content. Paid placements, if introduced, will be labelled.
