Website management and contact
Padel Handbook is managed by the Padel Handbook Team. For questions about personal information or to exercise your rights, email contact@padelhandbook.co.uk.
Information used on this website
We process information you choose to send by email, such as your email address, name and enquiry. We use it to respond, resolve problems and maintain relevant correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.
Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the website. Our website and email services are provided through Hostinger.
Analytics and consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use Padel Handbook. Analytics is controlled by the consent banner and is blocked until you accept statistics cookies. You can refuse optional cookies or change your choices through the consent controls. See our cookie information below.
Why information is processed
We rely on consent for optional analytics. We use our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and answering enquiries for relevant technical information and correspondence. Where an enquiry concerns a contract or a legal obligation, those purposes may also provide the applicable basis.
Service providers and retention
Our hosting, email and analytics providers process information needed to provide their services. Processing may take place outside the UK; the applicable safeguards and provider terms depend on the service. More information is available in Hostinger’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to address the enquiry, related disputes or applicable record-keeping obligations. Technical records and analytics data follow the relevant service settings. Retention depends on the purpose rather than a promise that all records are deleted immediately.
Advertising and your choices
Google AdSense advertising is not currently enabled on this website. If we introduce it, we will update this notice to reflect the services in use and provide the required advertising consent choices before activation.
When Google advertising is used, Google and other advertising providers may place or read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where consent is given, personalise advertising. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Our consent controls will explain the available choices and how to change or withdraw consent. Refusing optional advertising consent will not remove access to our guides or free resources.
External websites
Links to retailers, affiliate programmes or other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. We do not receive the payment-card details you enter on another website. Review that service’s privacy information before submitting information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Contact us using the email above; we may need proportionate information to verify a request.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

Complianz remembers your cookie choices. Essential hosting, security and administrative functions may use necessary technologies. Google Analytics is optional and controlled by your statistics choice. Use the consent controls to accept or refuse optional processing and change a previous choice. Browser controls can also delete stored cookies.
