Rules summaries are introductions. Use the current governing-body rules and the organiser’s instructions for an event. Follow your venue’s requirements and ask a qualified coach for individual instruction.
Evidence and corrections
Research-based articles identify their sources. We do not claim product testing or coaching experience that has not been established. Our editorial standards explain how we handle accuracy and corrections.
Other websites
We link to primary sources for reference. The operators of those websites control their content and services. Check their current terms and information before relying on a product or booking description.
